4 boneless, skinless chicken breats
black pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 strips of bacon
1/4 onion, sliced in rings
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
* Sprinkle chicken with pepper and fry 6-8 minutes per side in olive oil. Set aside.
* In same pan, fry bacon. Set aside.
* In same pan, saute brown sugar and onion.
* Layer chicken, bacon and onion on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese.
* Bake at 350* for 5-10 minutes.
